• Profiles: Flame-cut profiles in mild and carbon steel grades.
• Standard tolerance: ±0.25 mm on thickness.
• Precision option: Tighter tolerances of ±0.10 mm or full precision-ground finish on request.
• Edge machining: Available to close tolerances when straight, square edges are required.

Multiple plates can be ground simultaneously in a single set-up. This reduces unit cost, shortens lead time, and ensures uniform thickness across every piece in the batch — ideal for production runs where consistency matters.
