Precipitation-hardening martensitic stainless steel combining high strength and good corrosion resistance — properties fully tailored through aging heat treatment from H900 to H1150.
316 / 316L (1.4401 / 1.4404) — molybdenum-bearing austenitic stainless steel with superior corrosion resistance in chloride, marine, and chemical environments. The most widely specified stainless steel in oil & gas and petrochemical applications globally.
7075-T6 / 3.4365 (UNS A97075) - the highest-strength commercially available aluminium alloy. UTS min 503 MPa T6. Outstanding strength-to-weight ratio for aerospace structural components, plastic injection mould tooling, and high-performance engineering applications.
AISI 4130 (25CrMo4, EN18) — chromium-molybdenum alloy steel combining good strength, weldability, and toughness for oil & gas, aerospace, and structural engineering applications.
Chromium-molybdenum low-alloy steel offering high tensile strength, toughness, and fatigue resistance — one of the most widely used engineering steels globally.
AISI 4145 / 4145H — the standard CrMo alloy steel for oil & gas drill collars, HWDP, and BHA components per API Spec 7-1. Higher carbon than 4140 (0.43-0.49% vs 0.38-0.43%) for greater hardness and wear resistance in downhole service. Available as round bar, heavy hollow bar, and forgings.
AISI 4330V / 4330 MOD (AMS 6411) — high-performance NiCrMoV alloy steel. Superior toughness at Class 2 strength levels vs 4145H. The preferred material for demanding deepwater, HPHT, and high-performance BHA components per API Spec 7-1 Class 2 (150 ksi / 1034 MPa min YS).
AISI 4340 (36CrNiMo4, EN24, 817M40) — Ni-Cr-Mo ultra-high-strength alloy steel with exceptional toughness, deep hardenability, and fatigue resistance for oil & gas, aerospace, and heavy engineering.
C17200 / CuBe2 (2.1247, CW101C) - the highest-strength commercially available copper alloy. UTS up to 1400 MPa HT condition. Available per AMS 4534, AMS 4533, and MIL-C-21657 for aerospace and defence applications. Note: beryllium-containing alloy - observe all applicable health and safety regulations.
C18150 / CuCrZr (2.1293, CW106C) - premium precipitation-hardening copper chromium zirconium alloy. Greater strength (up to 550 MPa TH04) and better elevated-temperature property retention than C18200, with equivalent conductivity (>80% IACS). The preferred grade for demanding resistance welding and high-stress mould applications.
C18200 / CuCr1 (2.1291, CW105C) - precipitation-hardening chromium copper combining electrical conductivity greater than 80% IACS with moderate strength and hardness. The standard high-conductivity alloy for resistance welding electrodes, induction coils, and precision electrical engineering components.
C63200 (CuAl10Ni5Fe4, CW307G) — premium nickel aluminium bronze with outstanding seawater corrosion resistance, cavitation resistance, and biofouling resistance. Supplied per ASTM B150, AMS 4880, and MIL-B-24059 for marine, offshore, and naval applications.
